Concrete batching plant is a kind of periodical forced mixing equipment. It mainly consists of aggregate batching conveying system, powder storage supplying system, liquid storage supplying system, weighing system, mixing system, electric control system and main tower framework, etc. It is a kind of automation equipment that automatically weighs multiple raw materials (aggregate, cement, coal ash, water and additive) as per a formula, mixes through forced mixer and produces finished concrete meeting requirements. The plant features with small area occupation, reliable continuous operation of whole facility, high weighing precision, etc. It mainly used for construction projects of high quality concrete, such as railway, highway, bridge, port, wharf and building projects.
